WHAT ARE MACRONUTRIENTS?

 

 

"Macro" means large so it means you need these nutrients in large quantities. Each Macro has it's main role, so balancing your daily diet with the right ratio of macronutrients is essential to being successful on your fitness journey.

Your MiniMonsters daily health stats display macronutrients that are calculated based on your profile so they are customized to your needs. Your MiniMonster needs a balanced diet to become healthy and strong just like you.

In order to be successful, you first need to understand portion sizes and serving sizes. A portion size is the amount you eat and a serving size is how many of those portion sizes did you eat. Check out The Professor's quick guide to learning portion sizes!
