What is driving you to make a change?

"During my junior and senior year in high school I was participating in girls weightlifting. Once I was in college I began to notice that I gained weight and couldn’t eat like I did when I was younger. I am not overweight, but when I work out I noticed it is okay to eat some junk food and not gain weight."

How has MiniBite helped you reach your goal?

"MiniBite has made my life magnificently easier by telling me the right ratio of carbs, fat, and proteins I should be consuming, just by putting my weight in. The thing I love most about MiniBite is it gives me quests to help me reach my goal. I would highly recommend this app, it is by far my favorite weight loss app and has helped me reach my weight loss goal.”
